Welcome to the new version of the CANCOM Packaging PowerBench (PPB) - the innovative tool from CANCOM GmbH for user-friendly packaging of software applications and creation of PowerShell scripts.

This help file is intended to help you get started with the concept, setup and work with the PPB. Once you have worked through the document, you will be able to either create a new package with the PPB or import an existing DSM package and convert it to PowerShell. You will be able to use the user interface of the Packaging PowerBench, use variables in scripts, edit the registry, execute scripts, etc.

In addition to the powerful options for creating scripts and software installation packages, the PPB also offers you a wide range of options for managing your software in common deployment systems.
