Log files
The PackageDeployment module generates detailed log files on the clients at runtime of the packages, in which the package execution is traced and troubleshooting can be performed in case of errors.
The default directory for the log files is "C:\ProgramData\NWC Services\PackageDeployment\Logs".

Note: You can set the log directory in the App Deployment Toolkit configuration file "AppDeployToolkitConfig.xml", which you can find in each package in the subdirectory "AppDeployToolkit". To do this, change the values "Toolkit_LogPath" and "MSI_LogPath" to the desired value. Please note, however, that normal users need write permission there if the installed packages contain user parts. |
