Synopsis

Deletes an existing local user

Syntax

Remove-LocalUser [-Name] <String> [[-Context] <String>] [-ContinueOnError] [<CommonParameters>]

Description

Use this command to delete an existing local user.

Parameters

-Name <String>

Enter a unique name for the local user to delete. You should not use identical group or user names on one workstation. The name can have up to 256 characters (upper and lower case) with the exception of the backslash (\).
